Pressure Knowledge
The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen production process is pressure adsorption and atmospheric desorption, and the raw material is compressed air. The best adsorption pressure of the adsorbent of the nitrogen generator is 0.7~0.8MPa. The gas in the entire system is under pressure and has impact energy; therefore, you must pay attention to safety during equipment installation, debugging, operation and maintenance, and do not face the gas at close range. The pressure must be released first when disassembling. Non-professionals or without permission, please do not operate and disassemble the pipeline valves, pressure gauges and other parts of the system without authorization.
Electricity knowledge
Air compressors, refrigeration dryers or other gas drying equipment, nitrogen generators, nitrogen purification devices and other equipment in the nitrogen production system need to be connected to a 380V or 220V power supply. The power supply conditions are specified in the table below.
